NEW LOOK LOYALTY PROGRAMME
INTROUCTION

Welcome to the loyalty program ("Loyalty Programme") of New Look Retailers Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 1618428 whose registered office is at New Look House, Mercery Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5HJ (“New Look”).

By becoming a member of the Loyalty Programme you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Membership to the Loyalty Programme is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to become a member.

The benefits of the Loyalty Programme include, but are not limited to, the following:

Early access to promotional events

Any discounts received through membership to the Loyalty Programme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership to the Loyalty Programme is limited to UK residents only who have a current and valid email account and are over the age of 18. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of New Look are not eligible to for membership.

Your membership to the Loyalty Programme is personal, non-transferable and subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any other rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by New Look from time to time. New Look applies a limit of one membership per individual.

Companies, groups, associations or other entities, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership. The membership may not be used for reselling or profit.

It is your responsibility, and a condition for your membership, to keep your email address and contact details up to date.

You are responsible for all activity that is conducted through your membership account. This means you are also responsible for making every effort to keep your login details, such as e-mail address and password, secure and private. We advise using a unique password that has not been used on any other account. If your password or account is compromised, we advise you change it quickly or by getting in touch via the contact us page on our Help Centre New Look help centre for further assistance.

Offers and promotions available through membership will apply to selected purchases made on the New Look website and in the New Look app only, not in store.

In the case of a return of any item purchased, only the amount actually paid for the item will be refunded, not the savings from any exclusive membership pricing.
MEMBERSHIP PRICES AND MULTIBUY OFFERS
If you purchase any items as part of a multibuy offer, the multibuy offer will override the loyalty price but any additional items that don't qualify for the multibuy will be charged at loyalty pricing. E.g. if you purchase 3 tops that are part of a 2 for £20 offer, you will pay £20 for 2 of the tops and your member price for the third.
CHANGES, TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL FROM THE LOYALTY PROGRAMME

You may cancel your membership at any time though by getting in touch via the contact us page on our Help Centre New Look help centre.

New Look may, at its sole discretion, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Loyalty Programme, and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any violation of the Loyalty Programme rules, proven or probable fraud, non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, provision of incorrect data or any act detrimental to New Look's interests may lead to termination of, and/or affect your ability to participate in, the Loyalty Programme.

We reserve the right terminate or restrict access to accounts for the following reasons: (1) abnormal, frequent and/or high number of returns; (2) behaviour demonstrating clear intent to resell and/or make a profit by purchasing our products; or (3) multiple accounts and/or registration of a new account by previously suspended users. If your access has been restricted or order cancelled and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch us via the contact us page on our Help Centre New Look help centre.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

New Look will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the Loyalty Programme or any consequences thereof. New Look accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation or termination or in any other way relating to the Loyalty Programme, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regards to any rules or principles on conflicts of laws. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your membership shall be resolved by the applicable courts in England and Wales.

The invalidity or unenforceability of individual contractual provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining contractual provisions. In such case, the ineffective or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by the parties by an effective or practicable new provision.
