Metapic x New Look "Style Challenge" Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoters: Tradedoubler Limited (registered number: 03921985) with registered address at 1 Chapel Street, Warwick, United Kingdom, CV34 4HL trading as Metapic (www.metapic.com) (“Metapic”) and New Look Retailers Limited (registered number 01618428) with registered address at New Look House, Mercery Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5HJ (www.newlook.com) (“New Look”).
2. Competition Period: Opens Friday, 4th July 2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on Friday, 25th July 2025. Entries outside this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility: Open to creators who have been vetted and approved as a creator of Metapic who are active Instagram creators with a public account (“Creator(s)”).
4. How to Enter:
a. Create an Instagram Story showing a "head to toe in New Look" styling, featuring:
at least two New Look products that are identifiable within the story frame. Avoid including identifiable third-party brands;
MUST clearly display #ad within the story frame;
we encourage you to include #ThatNewLookFeeling;

b. Content must be original UGC/curated; no e-commerce shots. c. Tag @NewLook and @MetapicUK. d. Upon request, the Promoter may provide you with a single 40% off discount code for purchasing New Look items, but it is not compulsory for entry. e. You may enter as many times as you wish.
5. The Prize: a. One (1) Winner will receive a one-month paid collaboration contract with New Look and Metapic for a guaranteed fee of £3,000. b. The Winner will also receive a £250 product allowance to acquire New Look products for their collaboration content. c. Winner Deliverables: 1 x Instagram Reel OR 1 x IG Grid Post, and 3 x Instagram Stories (spread across the month). d. The Winner must sign a separate collaboration contract outlining detailed terms and payment.
6. Winner Selection & Notification: a. The Winner will be chosen by New Look based on the following criteria:
Judging Criteria
The winner will be determined using two key metrics:
Order Value: The total value of orders generated through your unique tracking link during the Competition Period.
Traffic Data: The number of visitors your content drives to New Look’s website during the Competition Period.
Weighting of Criteria
Order Value: 70% of your score will be based on the total order value generated.
Traffic Data: 30% of your score will be based on the amount of traffic you send to New Look’s website.
Scoring Method
Your performance will be measured as follows:
We will record the total order value and the total traffic you generate on all eligible content posted during the Competition Period.
Both metrics will be normalised (converted to a score out of 100) relative to all entrants.
Your final score will be calculated using this formula:
Final Score = (Order Value Score × 0.7) + (Traffic Score × 0.3)
The Creator with the highest final score will be declared the winner.
b. Winner will be notified via Instagram DM or email by Metapic within 8 business days of the Competition Period ending. c. Winner must respond within 48 hours to accept the prize; otherwise, an alternative winner may be selected.
7. Content Usage Rights: New Look do not automatically obtain general usage rights to non-winning entry content through participation in this competition. Should New Look or Metapic wish to use any non-winning entry content for marketing or promotional purposes, they will reach out to the individual creator separately to seek permission and agree on terms for such use.
8. Influencer Exclusivity (Winner): Following the one-month collaboration, the Winner agrees that any future direct collaborations with New Look (or its affiliates) for influencer marketing purposes must occur exclusively via Metapic until the end of the one-month contract.
9. Discount Codes:
The Promoter shall provide upon request by the Creator the following discount codes:
a. A single-use 40% off code is available for Creators for personal use only and must not be distributed. The discount shall apply to purchases made online only. Excludes sale items, third party brands and cannot be used towards a New Look gift card. To redeem, input code in promo box online prior to purchase. Code expires at end of Competition Period. No cash alternative will be given. Any refunds reflect discounted value per Returns Policy.
b. A 10% sitewide sales code for the wider community which the Creator may include in their content. Any post that provides this 10% discount code must inform their audience that it is redeemable on full price New Look and not sale or concession items i.e. Exc. sale/concession items. 10. Disqualification: New Look and Metapic reserve the right to disqualify entries that don't comply with these T&Cs, are fraudulent, inappropriate, offensive, bring the Promoters into disrepute or infringe third party intellectual property rights.
11. Data Protection: Personal data collected will be used for competition administration only, in accordance with GDPR and Promoters' privacy policies (New Look: https://help-uk.newlook.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360018841831-Privacy). The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails uk.events@newlook.com within one (1) month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: uk.events@newlook.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. General: a. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. b. Promoters' decision is final. c. Promoters reserve the right to cancel/modify the competition due to unforeseen circumstances. d. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. e. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and promotional material, these terms and conditions shall prevail. f. Governed by English law.
