What is Club New Look?

It’s a loyalty program for New Look customers. It’s free to join and gives its members exclusive Club prices on hundreds of products across all categories.

How do I join Club New Look?

Club is now available for all our UK customers, but you do need to have registered at Newlook.com to join. If you’re in the UK and still can't see the Club New Look on the app or website, you can sign up here.

I've received an email inviting me to join the club, but I can't sign up.

1. Firstly, make sure that you are logged in using the same email address that we emailed you on.
2. If you're using our website, go to: https://www.newlook.com/uk/club to sign up. 
3. If you're using our app, go to our homepage and the option to sign up should be there.
4. If you've tried our app and are still struggling, we recommend that you try our website instead (and vice versa).

What benefits does Club New Look offer?

After joining the program you’ll get exclusive Club prices across hundreds of products. These prices will always be lower than what non-members pay, and don’t require using any kind of code at checkout (they’re automatically applied as you shop). In addition, you’ll also receive early access to sales, a gift on your birthday and the opportunity to win prizes and invitations to exclusive events.

How can I find products with Club prices?

You can find products with member prices by looking for the “Club PRICE” badge on the product page. You’ll see the Club price and the standard price side by side, so you can easily see how much you’re saving.

I want to leave Club New Look

We’re sorry to hear you’re not happy with your experience of Club New Look. If you want to leave the program, you can do so via our App, Website or via the link in a Club Email:

App:

1. In the app, go to the 'My Club' section
2. Select the 'About Club' tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and under 'Manage Membership' click 'Leave Club New Look'
4. Read the terms and then if you're happy, click 'Yes, Leave Club'

or

Website:

1. Log into your account on our website
2. In your account, go to the 'My Club' section
3. Scroll to the bottom and under 'Manage Membership' click 'Leave Club New Look'
4. Read the terms and then if you're happy, click 'Yes, Leave Club'

Or

Email:

1. Find a recent Club New Look email (only available after 28th July 2026).
2. Scroll to the bottom to find the following wording: 'To cancel your Club New Look Membership and stop receiving Club New Look emails, please unsubscribe here'.
3. Click the link, read the terms and then if you're happy, click 'Yes, Leave Club'.

If you cannot see the option to leave Club New Look on your email, you've either found an email from before 28th July or aren't looking at a Club New Look email. Look for the Club logo at the top of your email:

You only need to choose one of the three options above, you do not need to request to leave via each. 

Once you have left, you still will see My Club in your account on our app and website, but these will only show you the option to join.
