The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw. The winner and their selected guest must both be in good health and fit to fly, in possession of valid passports and will acknowledge that any travel or other medical insurance will be the responsibility of the winner and their chosen guest and not the responsibility of the Promoter.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
To enter, you must be a member of CLUB New Look. If you are not already a member, you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw when you register to be a CLUB New Look member. Existing CLUB New Look members may enter by completing the Prize Draw entry form available on the New Look App or Website. Each completed entry form will count as one (1) entry.
You may only enter the Prize Draw once.
The opening time for entries is 00:01 Tuesday 8th September 2026. The closing date is 23:59 Sunday 4th October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered valid.
One (1) winner will receive the Prize.
The winner will receive a £1,000 New Look Gift Card and "The Ultimate Trip to Paris" for them and one guest, including: return flights from a UK airport of the winner's choice to Paris (economy class with hold luggage allowance included); 2-night stay in a centrally located 4* hotel; stipend of £150 to cover airport transfer; 1 x VIP experience up to a value of €1,000 (choice of 3): (1) Iconic Paris – a Michelin starred dining experience, two Eiffel Tower tickets; or (2) Paris After Dark – an evening show, dinner and drinks; or (3) Paris Unlocked – a private cultural VIP tour of a landmark Paris museum. (“Prize”). The dates and further details of the winner's Ultimate Trip to Paris will be discussed and agreed following announcement of the winner.
The Gift Card is subject to New Look's Gift Cards terms and conditions available online.
The winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
The winner will be notified by the email registered to their CLUB New Look account, and, where necessary, the winner must provide a postal address to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner.
The Promoter will send the Prize, or details of how to claim it, to the winner within thirty (30) days following confirmation of their details. Our collaborator EC4 Group Limited t/a The Competition Agency ("Collaborator") will contact the winner directly to arrange the Ultimate Trip to Paris. The winner will be required to provide dates and experience preferences to he Collaborator promptly and in good faith, providing alternative dates and experience preferences in the event of any unavailability. Availability of all travel, accommodation and VIP experiences are subject to availability on the dates selected by the winner. In the event of unavailability for the selected travel dates, alternatives will be sought and presented to the winner. The winner must commit to dates and preferences once provided; there is no guarantee that dates can be rescheduled or rebooked once dates and preferences have been confirmed by the winner. The total cost of the entire Prize (excluding the value of the New Look Gift Card) will not exceed £3,500, with the VIP experience portion of the Prize being capped at €1,000 and included in the £3,500 overall cap. The Prize does not include any travel, medical or cancellation insurance for the winner or their chosen guest and the winner and their chosen guest are entirely responsible for obtaining any such relevant insurance. The winner and their chosen guest are responsible for ensuring they are able to fly to France and have valid passports for the duration of the trip. The winner will be required to submit their personal details, including name, telephone number, postal address and email address to validate their random selection as a winner.
The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not it arises as a result of any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails uk.events@newlook.com within one (1) month after the closing date stated in clause 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: uk.events@newlook.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and should any discrepancy arise between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
