- The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
- To enter, you must be a member of CLUB New Look. If you are not already a member, you will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw when you register to be a CLUB New Look member. Existing CLUB New Look members may enter by completing the Prize Draw entry form available on the New Look App or Website. Each completed entry form will count as one (1) entry.
- You may only enter the Prize Draw once.
- The opening time for entries is 00:01 Tuesday, 9th June 2026. The closing date is 23:59 Sunday, 5th July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered valid.
- One (1) winner will receive the Prize.
- The winner will receive a £5,000 TUI Travel Gift Card (“Prize”). The Gift Card will be sent to the winner by post.
- The Prize is subject to TUI’s Gift Cards terms and conditions set out below.
- A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.
- The winner will be notified by the email registered to their CLUB New Look account, and, where necessary, the winner must provide a postal address to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner.
- The Promoter will send the Prize, or details of how to claim it, to the winner within thirty (30) days following confirmation of their details.
- The winner will be required to submit their personal details, including name, telephone number, postal address and email address to validate their random selection as a winner.
- The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose entry is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not it arises as a result of any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails uk.events@newlook.com within one (1) month after the closing date stated in clause 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: uk.events@newlook.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

- By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and should any discrepancy arise between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
- The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

TUI GIFT CARD TERMS OF USE
- Your TUI Travel Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at all TUI Stores (excluding the Republic of Ireland), tui.co.uk and firstchoice.co.uk. For website transactions, your gift card must have sufficient funds to cover the initial payment due when booking your holiday.
- The card can’t be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards.
- The card can’t be exchanged for cash or to buy another gift card.
- The expiry date is printed on the reverse of your gift card. Your physical gift card expiry date will be at least one year from the date of your purchase. For digital gift cards, the expiry will be printed on your digital card and is two years from the date of purchase.
- The maximum account balance allowed at any one time is £5,000 for physical gift cards and £3,000 for digital gift cards.
- The card must be treated as cash, and the balance can’t be refunded if it’s lost, stolen or destroyed.
- You can find out your balance by phone, in-store or on the web.
- Cards can’t be redeemed over the phone.
- Your gift card cannot be used in the Republic of Ireland or online at crystalski.co.uk
- TUI Travel Gift Cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
