Why have I received an email stating my order has been cancelled due to inappropriate content?
- As per the terms and conditions of sale, we retain the right to cancel any order that is deemed to contain any inappropriate language or obscene imagery, or any images that breach the IP/copyright design rights of a third party. If you do not believe your content is inappropriate please contact one of our friendly Customer Care Teams with your order reference to discuss this further.
Will my item be dispatched with my New Look order?
- Personalised items are handled differently to orders from the main New Look website and are processed separately. Any personalised items will have their own tracking reference and will arrive in their own parcel/box.
Why can’t I see the order for my personalised item(s) in my New Look account?
- As orders for personalised products are handled separately to our main website, unfortunately the order will not show in your ‘My Orders’ section of your account. You will receive email confirmation and full tracking information for the order from email@example.com and you will receive full tracking information after it has been dispatched.
