1. To search for a particular item at www.newlook.com, you can either browse the categories, or use the 'Search' bar (see below).
2. You can search in various ways, you can describe the item, i.e 'leopard print jumpsuit', or you can use the product code (product codes are found on the tag of a new item, or on the inside label of a product.)
3. A general search will bring up all similar or related items. You can then narrow down the search with the options shown (as below).
4. If you can't find an item, it may be out of stock, or not yet available online. You can always contact us to check availability. Please make sure you have the product code (which can be found on the label, if you have seen the item in store) or description.
