If you made your purchase online:
You can use our FREE returns option with Royal Mail and Collect+ to return your order to our warehouse. More info here. Alternatively, you can wait until our stores are re-open to return.
If you change your mind and decide to return any items, you can do so within the following time limits:
For purchases before 15th October 2020:
- 28 days for full-priced items, including those purchased with promotional discounts (from the date on your receipt or from the date when you received any items you bought online).
- 14 days for sale items, more info here.
For purchases after 15th October 2020:
Under our Christmas Returns Policy - Any purchases made between the 15th October 2020 and the 24th December 2020 may be returned until 31st January 2021, with a valid receipt/gift receipt or order number/dispatch note.
This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale.
Please note: Returns to the warehouse may take longer than usual to process, in line with Government guidance due to the COVID-19 risk, we are required to hold returned parcels in our warehouse for 48 hours before processing. This means your refund may take a little longer than normal to get back to you. If you haven't received your refund within 15 working days of dropping off at the returns location, please contact one of our Customer Care Teams.
If you made your purchase in-store:
You are unable to return items purchased in store to our warehouse.
With many of our stores affected by temporary lockdowns, our stores are aware that you may have to return your item(s) for refund outside the below periods. There is no need to contact us, simply pop into store once they are re-open, with your item(s) and proof of purchase.
- For in store purchases before October 15th 2020:
Any period of temporary lockdown in your region is not included within this time frame. You have 28 days from purchase, to return full-priced items for an exchange or refund to your original payment method. Sale items purchased in-store can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit note only.
- For in store purchases after October 15th 2020:
Any Christmas purchases made between the 15th October 2020 and the 24th December 2020 may be returned until 31st January 2021, with a valid receipt/gift receipt or order number/dispatch note. This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale.
Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
