You can use our FREE returns option with Royal Mail and Collect+ or InPost to return your order to our warehouse. More info here. Alternatively, you can wait until our stores are re-open to return.
If you change your mind and decide to return any items, you can do so within the following time limits:

Under our Extended Returns Policy - Any purchases made after the 15th October 2020 may be returned until 31st March 2021, with a valid receipt/gift receipt or order number/dispatch note.
This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale.
Please note: Returns to the warehouse may take longer than usual to process, in line with Government guidance due to the COVID-19 risk, we are required to hold returned parcels in our warehouse for 48 hours before processing. This means your refund may take a little longer than normal to get back to you. If you haven't received your refund within 15 working days of dropping off at the returns location, please contact one of our Customer Care Teams.
If you made your purchase in store: |
You are unable to return items purchased in store to our warehouse.
With many of our stores affected by temporary lockdowns, our stores are aware that you may have to return your item(s) for refund outside the below periods. There is no need to contact us, simply pop into store once they are re-open, with your item(s) and proof of purchase.
- For in store purchases after October 15th 2020:
Any Christmas purchases made between the 15th October 2020 and the 24th December 2020 may be returned until 31st March 2021, with a valid receipt/gift receipt or order number/dispatch note. This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale.
