The picking and packing of orders happens very quickly once you've hit the 'Place order' button, which means it is often impossible for us to stop an order once it is being processed.
If you have placed an order within the last 30 minutes, you are able to request a cancellation with us, and we will try our best to do this for you.
To request a cancellation:
We cannot guarantee that any request to cancel will be successful.
Between the hours of 8am and 8pm, the quickest way to contact us to request a cancellation is via CHAT (all contact options are at the bottom of this page).
Please make sure you have all your order information available, including your order number, full name, billing address and email. If you are not the bill-payer, we will need them to contact us with this information.
After 8pm, you can send a request via WhatsApp - making sure you start your message with 'Cancel Order', and we will try to respond as quickly as possible.
What if my order can't be cancelled?
If it is not possible to cancel your order, you can refuse the order when it arrives, where it will be returned and refunded in full, or you can return the order to us for a full refund (including postage) with our FREE returns options here.
The above exceptions refers to change of mind only and this does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. your right to cancel, or your right to return items which are faulty or not as described, or a general right to return online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
For more information on your right to cancel and how to notify us of this, read here.
If you feel that your items are faulty please read more here.
