Yes, but we only have a short window of opportunity to cancel an order, therefore during busy periods we may not be able to get to your request in time.
Between the hours of 8am and 8pm, the best way to contact us to request a cancellation is via CHAT on the contact us page. Please make sure you have all your order information available, including your order number, full name, billing address and email. If you are not the bill-payer, we will need them to contact us with the information.
Alternatively you can contact us via Email - making sure you title the subject as 'Cancel Order'.

Please note: If it is not possible to cancel your order, you can still return the order to us as per our Returns Policy.
The above exceptions refers to change of mind only and this does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. your right to cancel, or your right to return items which are faulty or not as described, or a general right to return online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
