The picking and packing of orders happens very quickly once you've hit the 'Place order' button, which means we are unable to stop an order once it is being processed or make any changes, including:
- Delivery addresses (more info below)
- Collection addresses (more info below)
- Email addresses (more info below)
- Change of size
- Change of colour
- Adding an item
- Removing an item
Can I still return the unwanted order/items?
As it is not possible to cancel your order, you can refuse the order when it arrives, where it will be returned and refunded in full, or you can return the order to us for a full refund (including postage) with our FREE returns options here.
If you have placed an order to an unreachable address, you will need you to contact one of our friendly Customer Care Team who may be able to organise a return with the courier.
Please contact us via the WhatsApp or Chat option at the bottom of this page ensuring you include your full name, email address and order number.
The above exceptions refers to change of mind only and this does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. your right to cancel, or your right to return items which are faulty or not as described, or a general right to return online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
