Your e-Gift card will be sent to the email address you entered at time of purchase.
When your order has been processed and we have taken payment, you or the Recipient of your order will receive an email (within 24 hours from the time of purchase during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, eGift cards purchased outside of normal business hours will arrive within 24 working hours) containing a link to the purchased eGift. New Look accepts no responsibility for the customer inputting the incorrect email address to which the eGift should be delivered.
Remember to check your junk mailbox. We recommend you add email@example.com to your safe senders list, so it won’t land in your junk mail.
