Click & Collect from a New Look store:
You have 10 days from your order's arrival in store, to collect your parcel.
In certain circumstances we are able to extend this collection period. You will need to contact the store or our Customer Care team to do this.
Yodel Store (formerly Collect+):
You have 10 days once you have received your email notification that your parcel is in the Yodel store to collect your parcel before it is automatically returned to us.
You will receive two further emails and a final reminder on the 10th day if you do not collect the parcel. If you have changed your mind about an order, you must still collect the parcel, open it, and return using the options here.
To extend the collection of your parcel, please contact the collection location directly. Their contact information should appear on your collection email.
