Click & Collect from a New Look store:
You have 10 days from your order's arrival in store, to collect your item.
In certain circumstances we are able to extend this collection period. You will need to contact the store or one of our friendly Customer Care Teams to do this.
Once you receive a notification from us by text message or email that your parcel is in the Collect+ store, then you have ten calendar days to collect your parcel before it is automatically returned to us. You will receive two further messages and a final reminder on the 10th day if you do not collect the parcel. If you have changed your mind about an order, you must still collect the parcel, open it, attach a returns label and take it back to the Collect+ store so that it an be tracked as a return to us.
To extend the collection of a Collect+ parcel, please contact the collection location directly. Their contact information should appear on your collection email.
The expiration date of your order is shown on your collection email, usually between 5-10 calendar days. You can extend this for a further 3 days by following the link on the final reminder email. This can only be extended once before it is returned to us.
