For a Click & Collect order from a New Look store:
Simply take your order number (starting HM/HY/HS), shown on both your confirmation/collection email along with your ID. Please bring your own bag to collect your order as a bag may not be provided. This is part of our wider initiative to reduce plastic and packaging.
Please avoid making a visit to store prior to receiving the arrival confirmation. You have 10 days to collect your order before it is returned to the warehouse. Someone else can collect on your behalf too, more here about that.
For a Collect+ (now Yodel) store:
You’ll be sent an email containing your unique 7 character collection code. Simply go to the Collect+ (now Yodel) store and show the store assistant your collection barcode, plus your proof of ID to collect your parcel. Collect+ (now Yodel) orders are held for collection for 10 calendar days before being returned to us.

Passport
Driving Licence
Student ID card
Utility bill
