For our Standard or Express deliveries, you will receive a calling card to say that a delivery was attempted. The courier will attempt to deliver your items 3 times before returning to us. You will be offered delivery options via your tracking link. Track with Yodel here and Royal Mail here.
If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail and you miss it, you'll have instructions on your calling card to reschedule or collect from a local Royal Mail sorting office.

With our DPD Next Day delivery option, you can leave delivery instructions on the checkout page. These instructions will appear on the label of your parcel (i.e leave it in the shed, or leave with neighbour at no.8). Please note, by leaving delivery instructions on your parcel, you are accepting responsibility for it once delivered.
For DPD Next Day orders, you can also download the DPD app here, where you can keep track of your order's journey and manage all your delivery preferences, including safe place delivery, delivery to neighbour, or delivery to a local pick-up shop.
