Your bank will hold your funds as a pending payment until we charge your credit, debit or New Look Store Card when we dispatch your order.
Any order placed using PayPal, a New Look gift card or New Look e-Gift card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
If an item is out of stock when your order is packed, you will not be charged for the cancelled item, but the full pending payment may still appear in your account for up to 5 working days.
If you can see the pending payment on your account, but have not received email confirmation of your order, your order may have failed. You will need to contact one of our friendly Customer Care Teams with your email and payment information in this instance.
