We’ll return it to our warehouse if you don’t collect it within 10 days. Once it arrives in our warehouse we’ll process a refund for you back to your original method of payment. If your order number starts HS, you will need to contact us to arrange this directly.
We’ll email you a confirmation once we’ve done this. Your refund will take around 3-5 working days to show in your account.
