Click & Collect orders will be held in stores affected by lockdown until 7 days after their re-opening date.
If you do not collect your order, you do not need to contact us, we will hold your order until 7 days after your local store is back open. If it is not collected at that point, we will return it to the warehouse and your refund will be processed.

If you have made a purchase in store that you need to return or exchange, you will be able to do this once the store has re-opened. You are unable to return or exchange items purchased in store to our warehouse. More info here.
Our Extended Returns Policy means that you already have extended returns until 31st March 2021 - more here. We will honour all refunds on store purchases if your local store remains in lockdown beyond the normal 28 day return period.
