For online purchases:
Any unwanted gifts purchased between Monday 30th October and Friday 8th December 2023 can be returned until 5th January 2024 with a valid order number/dispatch note. This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale.
For instore purchases:
Any unwanted gifts purchased between Monday 30th October and Friday 8th December 2023 can be returned until 5th January 2024 with a valid receipt/gift receipt. This policy applies to full-priced and promotion items (sale items purchased in store are exchange only).

Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund, from the date you send your parcel back to us. There is no need to contact us, you'll receive an email when it has been processed.
