1. You can make a payment onto your New Look Store Card in any New Look store, make sure you have the card with you. (You can make payment via cash or debit card. You can not use a gift card to make a payment onto your store card.)
2. You can log in to your New Look store card account online to view your statements and make a debit card payment. Simply log in here.

Please always use your 16 digit New Look card account number as the reference for your payment so this payment can be correctly applied to your account.
or 4. You can call our card provider, Ikano Bank, to make a payment over the phone. Just call them on 0371 781 3051. You’ll need your New Look card number to hand.
