Due to the upcoming strikes on 30th November, as well as 1st December, there may be significant delays with this return option. We recommend using another one of our other returns options if possible. Find all returns options here.
You will not have a returns label in your order. You just need your order number and email address to create a returns label (to print at home) or QR to show at your local Post Office, so they can print your label instead.
Pop any items (from the same order) that you are returning into the bag you received your order in (or any other suitable bag), with your filled in returns form or a note that clearly states your order number and items.
Do I need to report my return?
No, just create your returns label here and return your items. Your refund will be processed within 15 working days from when you post your return. Please remember to keep your proof of postage receipt and keep hold of it until your refund has been received.
Can I send my return in more than one parcel?
Yes! If your return does not fit in one parcel it's okay to send in multiple bags. You will need a separate returns label/QR code for each parcel, simply create a label for each one (you can use the same order number and email address).
If you are returning more than one order, please send these back in separate parcels to avoid any delay.
What is the link to create a Royal Mail label and QR code?
Where is my nearest Post Office?
If you can't get to a Post Office location, Royal Mail also offer a parcel home collection service for a small fee, available to you once you have created your free returns label with us. See more information on that here.
I've not received my QR code, what do I do?
If you've received the confirmation email but cannot see the QR code, this could be down to your email service provider blocking the QR code . Please check your email settings or try again to an alternative email address. (See below for more info on what the QR code will look like.)
I've not received an email, who is this from?
If you haven't seen your email from Royal Mail, they are sent firstname.lastname@example.org' and will be titled' Your Royal Mail Tracked Returns label for New Look'.
How do I track my return?
You can track your return back to our New Look National Distribution Centre with the reference on your returns receipt given to you at the Post Office. Just pop the long line of numbers and letters into the search bar here.
What is your returns policy?
- You can return any item within 28 days, including sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts. (Your 28 days start from the date on your receipt, or from the date when you received/collected any items you bought online).
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with a valid dispatch note (online purchases) or a valid receipt/proof of purchase (in-store purchases).
- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency (unless otherwise stated).
Please note: We are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the time period above, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition. Any items returned outside of this timeframe will be returned to you. For a full list of refund exceptions, click here.
Your returns label & QR code.
For the Post Office to print your label, they will need the QR code (found at the bottom of your email from Royal Mail), not the label itself, shown to them:
(Please note that the address may differ from our normal returns address, as it shows the internal address Royal Mail use for our network.)
Your email from Royal Mail will contain a Returns Label (the QR code on this isn't for printing purposes) and a QR code for printing (is found at the bottom of the email from Royal Mail).
