Once you have placed an order, you will see a page to confirm that your order was successful. This will include your order number and the email address used on the order. During busier times there may be a delay, but you will normally receive an email confirming your order within a few hours - so don't worry if you haven't received it straightaway!
If after this time, you have not received your confirmation, it may be that the email address used on your order was incorrect.
- If you placed the order through your New Look account, you can check if your order is showing in the 'My orders' section of your account here.
- For orders where you have entered an incorrect email address (and you know the mistake), please keep note of the order number and the incorrect email address used, and you can still keep track of your order here.
Sometimes your emails from us will go into Spam/Junk folders instead of your inbox. You can save the email address we use to send your order notification emails into your contact list/address book, to avoid that happening. The email address we send from is: firstname.lastname@example.org
Unfortunately, if you checked out as a guest, and have not received confirmation (and have checked your spam/junk folders) nor your order number you will need to contact our Customer Care Team who can check the order for you. Please use the contact options at the bottom of this page, and include your email address, billing address, full name and payment method used.
