All you need to track your order is your order number and the email address you used to place the order or to log in to your account. Click 'Track My Order':
From there you will see updates on your order:
For Click & Collect orders and Collect+ (now Yodel) you will receive email updates when your parcel is dispatched, and when it has arrived in your chosen store. Please avoid making the journey to collect until you have received your 'Awaiting Collection' email.
