All you need to track your order is your order number and the email address you used to place the order. (If your email address was entered incorrectly, you will need to use the wrong email address to search.)
As well as the tracking status from our website, our delivery partners also offer direct tracking links. You'll receive their tracking link in your dispatch email or text message, simply follow that link for updates on your own order.
For Click & Collect orders and CollectPlus you will receive updates when your parcel is dispatched, and when it has arrived in your chosen store. Please avoid making the journey to collect until you have received your 'Awaiting Collection' email.
For DPD Next Day deliveries, DPD will keep you up to date with the whereabouts of your order via email, or on their APP, and their tracking information will show the expected hour delivery window once it is out for delivery.
For Royal Mail standard deliveries (UK and Channel Islands only) you will also receive a text 2 days before delivery to advise on your exact delivery date and will be provided with a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery, you will receive a further text with a 2 hour delivery window.
