Unfortunately the website is unable to process payment for Fashion Choice, Love2Shop vouchers/gift cards, or any other paper Compliment, High Street, or Shopping Centre vouchers (except One4All).

However, Love2Shop will allow you to convert a gift card, to a prepaid card online here, please note: this transfer has a minimum £20 limit and a 10% fee from Love2Shop.

Alternatively, you can use any of these vouchers/gift cards to pay for purchases in any of our New Look stores, including in-store orders, so if the item you want is only available online, visit any New Look store, and ask a member of the store team to place this order for you.
