As of September 2019, New Look card statements are available online only.
Ikano Bank sent all New Look card customers communications to explain this change and to ask customers to set up log in details to view your accounts online.
You'll need to set up your log in details so you can view your account online, if you haven’t already done this follow the set up process here.
If you have already set up your account, you should receive an email when a new statement is ready. If you don't receive these emails, please check your junk folder for an email from Ikano Bank.
You can log in to your account at any time, log in here.
Managing your account online means you can check your account whenever and wherever you need to. You can:
- Access your account 24/7
- See how much you can spend
- Check when payments are due
- Make a Debit Card payment
- View your statements
- Access a PDF statement to print at home if you wish
- Change your address and contact details
Braille, large print and audio communications will continue as normal.

After Thursday 15th June 2023* the New Look card will no longer be accepted as a method of payment when shopping in any New Look store or at www.newlook.com. For full information and FAQs, please visit here.
