Win Georgia Steel's Look, Worth £350 - Club New Look Prize Draw - T&C's

  1. The Prize Draw is open to members of CLUB New Look who are UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.  
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw. 
  3. To enter, you must be a member of CLUB New Look and enter via the Prize Draw entry form provided by email or in the New Look App. You will need to provide your email to submit the entry form.  
  4. You may only enter the Prize Draw once a week.  
  5. The opening time for entries is 00:01 BST Wednesday 1st July 2026. The closing date is 23:59 BST Sunday 5th July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered valid.  
  6. The Prize Draw is for the chance for one (1) individual to win the Prize.  
  7. The winner will receive New Look products featured on Georgia Steel’s social media channels during weeks 5-6 of the 26/27 financial year, worth £350, subject to stock availability (“Prize”).  
  8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process.  
  9. The winner will be notified by the email provided in the entry form, and, where necessary, the winner must provide a postal address to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within three (3) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner.  
  10. Details of how to claim the Prize will be sent to the winner by email within thirty (30) days of being notified of their win.  
  11. The winner will be required to submit their personal details, including name, telephone number, postal address and email address to validate their random selection as a winner. 
  12. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.  
  13. If the Promoter believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves all rights to reject the entry at its discretion.  
  14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  
  15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not it arises as a result of any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.  
  16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.  
  17. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails uk.events@newlook.com within one (1) month after the closing date stated in clause 5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: uk.events@newlook.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  
  18. Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy: https://help-uk.newlook.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360018841831-Privacy. 
  19. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and should any discrepancy arise between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.  
  20. The Promoter will retain the personal details used to enter the prize draw for the period in which the prize draw is live. Once the Prize draw is concluded if your entry has been unsuccessful your personal details will be deleted within 1 month of the winner being chosen. If at anytime you would like to withdraw from the competition during the period of the prize draw being live please contact privacy@newlook.com. 
  21. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.  
  22. The Promoter of this Prize Draw is New Look Retailers Limited of Mercery Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5HJ, United Kingdom (Company Number 1618428).
