How does it work?
Once you’ve received your order, you’ll receive an email from us with links to review the products you have bought.
Depending on the product, you’ll be asked a few questions about the sizing and quality. You can also describe your own experience in a few words. Don’t forget to give the product an overall rating using the 5-star rating system.
The links are valid for 30 days after you’ve received the email.
Tips for writing a review
- Keep your review about the product (not the rest of your experience).
- Don't include any personal information.
- Leave a review in the same language as the website you’ve shopped on.
- Tell us which features or benefits you liked, or what could have worked better.

Avoid mentioning other companies or websites.
Any reviews left on our products are monitored by third party company Bazaarvoice and will be rejected if inappropriate language has been used, personal information was included or the it was written in a different language. They can also reject a review if you’ve mentioned things that aren’t specific to the product.
Faulty item?
The reviews aren’t monitored by our Customer Care team, so they won’t be able to help with any queries left within our reviews. However we are more than happy to help! Get in touch at the bottom of this page.
