Add a what3words address to your DPD app account so that couriers know exactly where to deliver your New Look orders.
Step 1.
Find your what3words address
Go to dpd-app.delivery.w3w.co to find the what3words address for your exact delivery location.
Hint: select the square at your front door or exact delivery location.
Step 2.
Open the DPD app
Tap Settings on the top left, select or add a delivery address, then tap Pinpoint Your Address.
Step 3.
Enter your what3words address
Type the 3 words into the box, select the correct location from the drop-down menu, tap Looks Good To Me, then Save.
Don’t forget the dots between the words,
for example ///filled.count.soap
