- The New Look Standard Click & Collect and Next Day Click & Collect Delivery Pass (“Delivery Pass”) costs £5.99 and is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (“Term”).
- The Delivery Pass is only available to those in receipt an offer from New Look to purchase the Delivery Pass via email.
- The Delivery Pass is available to UK addresses only.
- Once you subscribe to this Delivery Pass, you will be entitled to use our Standard Click & Collect and Next Day Click & Collect delivery options available on newlook.com at no extra cost.
- Standard Home Deliveries, Express Deliveries, Next Day Home Deliveries, Evening Deliveries and Same Day Deliveries are not included in this Delivery Pass.
- The Delivery Pass is not available for orders placed in store and can only be used for orders placed on newlook.com or in the New Look app.
- To subscribe to the Delivery Pass, you must have a valid account on newlook.com and be logged in to create the subscription to the Delivery Pass.
- You place orders using the Delivery Pass as often as you like during the Term and there is no minimum spend.
- To purchase the Delivery Pass, just add it to your bag while logged in to your valid online account while placing an order online. Any items bought at the same time as the subscription will be sent to you using the Delivery Pass. Both the items and the subscription to the Delivery Pass will be charged on the same order.
- The Delivery Pass will not automatically renew at the end of the Term has ended.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at our discretion. New Look will notify you in the event that there are any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other New Look terms and conditions still apply.
- To ensure your order arrives when you expect, we may make changes to delivery options during busy periods. The options that are available will be made clear during checkout.
- The Delivery Pass can only be used for personal use and should not be used for any business purposes.
- The cut-off time to place orders for the Next Day Click & Collect delivery option is 6pm for orders to arrive the next day. A full list of our delivery and collection options can be viewed here, along with the delivery timescales.
- At times of high demand, we reserve the right to make temporary changes to our usual Delivery Pass service. We will ensure the Delivery Pass returns to normal as quickly as possible.
- We reserve the right to terminate your Delivery Pass subscription at any time. We will offer refunds at our discretion, but no refund will be given to any customer has been in breach of these terms and conditions; and/or has been for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes, or for any purpose other than can be reasonably expected of someone using the service for personal use; and/or involves fraud or misuse or is otherwise detrimental to New Look’s interests.
- Without prejudice to any of your rights under applicable laws, if you cancel your subscription to the Delivery Pass before the end of the Term you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.
