- The prize draw is open to all New Look cardholders aged 18 years or over, (except that employees, family and agents of the Promoter and New Look and any third party directly or indirectly associated with administration of the prize draw shall not be entitled to enter the prize draw).
- The opening date for entries is 00:00 on 1 June 2022. The closing date is 23:59 on 30 June 2022. Entries received after this time will not be considered valid.
- Upon purchase of any New Look items using your New Look card between the 1 June 2022 and the 30 June 2022, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
- You can enter in the prize draw once per day. Only one entry per person is permitted.
- No minimum spend is required to enter the prize draw.
- It is a condition of your participation in the prize draw that the payments due on your New Look cardholder account are up to date.
- If for any reason a technical interruption of any kind, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
- A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 7 July 2022.
- There will be a total of 9 (nine) winners who will each receive 1 (one) of the following gift cards as their winning prize: i) £3000 (three thousand pounds) Hawk Select Travel Code gift voucher, or (ii) £1000 (one thousand pounds) Hawk Select Travel Code gift voucher or (iii) £100 (one hundred pounds) New Look gift card (‘Prize’) or (iiii) £200 (two hundred pounds) New Look gift card. The Prize(s) are subject to availability.
- The winner will be notified by email (using the details registered with their New Look card) on 7 July 2022, and, where necessary, the winner will be asked to provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 of days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process at clause 8.
- The Prize will be sent to the winner by post or email within 14 of days of being notified of their win.
- The Select gift card is supplied by Blackhawk Network Inc, Westside, London Road, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 9TD (“Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so. The Hawk Select Code gift voucher will be subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions.
- If the Promoter believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves all rights to reject the entry at its discretion.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring because of taking up the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- In addition to clause 7, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failed or lost entries.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails uk.events@newlook.com within 1 month(s) after the closing date stated in clause 2. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter uk.events@newlook.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s https://help-uk.newlook.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360018841831-Privacy.
- Personal data supplied during this prize draw may be passed onto third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and/or arrangement of the Prize.
- By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and should any discrepancy arise between these Terms and Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
