You will not have a returns label in your order. You do not need a returns label for Asda toyou, just a QR code to return at the Parcel Point. You just need your order number and email address to create a QR code.
Pop any items (from the same order) that you are returning into the bag you received your order in (or any other suitable bag), with your filled in returns form or a note that clearly states your order number and items.
Do I need to report my return?
No, just create your returns label here and return your items. Your refund will be processed within 15 working days from when you post your return. Please remember to keep your proof of return email and keep hold of it until your refund has been received.
Can I send my return in more than one parcel?
Yes! If your return does not fit in one parcel it's okay to send in multiple bags. You will need a separate QR code for each parcel, simply create a QR code for each one (you can use the same order number and email address).
If you are returning more than one order, please send these back in separate parcels to avoid any delay.
