- The Festive VIP “Everyone’s a Winner” game (the “Game”) is only open to UK residents who receive an email from the Promoter setting out the details of the Game (the “Email”).
- Entrants must be the registered owner of the email address to which the Email was sent.
- The Game will run from 08:00 on Thursday 1 December 2022 until 23:59 on Sunday 4 December 2022 (the “Promotion Term”)
- Customers may play the Game during the Promotion Term, by downloading and being logged in to the New Look app using the same email address to which the Email was sent, navigating to the app inbox in the app settings and clicking on the button presented in their app inbox message during the Promotion Term.
- Each customer may only play the Game once per day throughout the Promotion Term.
- The Game is not open to any employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prizes (as defined below).
- Each customer who plays the Game in accordance with these terms and conditions will win one of the following Prizes each day that they play the Game during the Promotion Term: a discount of 10%, 15%, 20% or 25%, (the “Discount Prizes”) or a New Look E-Gift Card of the value of £10, £20, £25, £30, £35, £40, £50, £200, or £250 (the “E-Gift Card Prizes”) (together the Discount Prizes and the E-Gift Card Prizes will be referred to as the “Prizes”). The discount amount or E-Gift Card value of each Prize will be randomly generated by a computer process.
- Eligible players of the Game will be notified of their Prize once they have completed the Game and via a follow-up email.
- E-Gift Card Prizes will be emailed to the customer. New Look E-Gift Cards are subject to additional Terms and Conditions which can be found here. Customers who wish to redeem an E-Gift Card Prize must comply with those terms and conditions, as amended by the Promoter from time to time.
- The Discount Prizes can be redeemed against the Promoter’s full price items only and cannot be redeemed against any third-party products, concessions products, or promotional and sale items.
- To redeem a Discount Prize, customers must enter the code which, if the customer wins a Discount Prize, will be provided at the end of the Game or in the customer’s success email, at the checkout in the New Look app or on newlook.com.
- The Discount Prizes will expire at 23:59 on 7 December 2022 and cannot be redeemed after this date.
- The Discount Prizes cannot be redeemed in New Look stores.
- The Discount Prizes are available and redeemable in the UK only.
- The Discount Prizes cannot be used to purchase New Look Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards and cannot be used towards payment of any outstanding amount on a New Look card.
- No cash or any alternative will be offered or given.
- The Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- The Prizes and the Game may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the Promoter’s discretion.
- The return value of any items purchased using the Prizes shall be the applicable return value under New Look’s return policy less the discount obtained by using a Discount Prize.
- All Game players will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any associated gift card terms and conditions referred to in clause 9 above.
