We can provide a VAT receipt for any purchase, in-store or online, (unless VAT exempt) made within in the last 3 months.
To request a VAT receipt, please contact our Customer Care Team via the contact options here. Receipts can not be processed until after the 28 day returns period has passed, so please wait for this timeframe before contacting us.
Please remember to include your email address, order number and full billing address.
Please allow 10-14 working days for your receipt to be processed.
