Your e-Gift card will be sent to the recipient email address you entered at time of purchase within 24 hours from the time of purchase, during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, (e-Gift cards purchased outside of normal business hours will arrive within 24 working hours).
Remember to check your junk/spam mailbox. We recommend you add no-reply@newlookgiftcard.com to your safe senders list, so it won’t land in your spam/junk folders.

Please note: New Look accepts no responsibility for the incorrect email address to which the eGift should be delivered, although our Customer Care Team may be able to block/cancel any incorrectly sent eGift cards prior to any misuse.
