If you have not received your order yet, don't worry! Your order confirmation email will show the date that your order should be delivered by and also contains a tracking link. Very occasionally there may be a delay that is outside the courier's control (for example, the weather), please allow a couple of days for your order to start moving again.
All our delivery expectations are correct at the time of order, and our delivery page will always show you the current delivery timescales
For Standard Delivery, this is up to 7 working working days.
For Next Day Delivery, if you ordered before 8pm, you should get this the next day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
For Standard Click & Collect, these usually take up to 5 days to get to your chosen store.
For Evri ParcelShop Express, if you ordered before 8pm, this takes up to 2 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
For Evri ParcelShop Next Day, if you ordered before 8pm, this should arrive the next day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Please note: orders are not delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays and so are not included in the above timeframes.
