Your bank will hold your funds as a pending payment until we charge your credit or debit card when we dispatch your order.
If an item is out of stock when your order is packed, you will not be charged for the cancelled item, but the full pending payment may still appear in your account for up to 3-5 working days.

Any order placed using PayPal, a New Look gift card or New Look e-Gift card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

If you've selected the'Buy now pay in 30 days' option, Klarna will remind you to make payment to them toward the end of the 30 days. No funds are held before then.
If you've selected the'Buy now pay in 3 instalments' option, the first instalment will be taken from Klarna when we dispatch your order. Klarna will automatically charge subsequent instalments on the 30th and 60th days.
