Yes they do.
New Look gift cards & digital e-gift cards are valid for either 12 or 24 months. If you don’t use it within the expiry, any remaining balance will be cancelled.
- If you purchase a gift card, this is valid for 24 months.
- If you chose to get your refund to an e-gift card, this is valid for 12 months.
The time period restarts every time your card is topped up. This does not include balance checks or a refund to your card.
