If you've not received your refund as of yet, please do not worry! We aim to process your refund as quickly as we can, but this can take a little longer when we are busy. See below for the expected refund timeframes for your return.
I returned in store
- Whilst refunds can be quicker, please allow 8 working days for your refund to be processed before getting in touch. We are not able to help before 8 working days has passed.
- Returns to store are not trackable, but you will have received an email to confirm once you dropped your return into store and you will receive another email once your refund has been processed.
- We'll do our best to refund your whole order at once but if your return is large, we may need to split this into separate refunds.
I returned via post (Royal Mail, Yodel or InPost)
- Whilst refunds are usually quicker, please allow 15 working days for your refund to be processed before getting in touch. We are not able to help before 15 working days has passed. This timeframe allows for any delays out of our control with the courier.
- You can track your return through the link emailed to you once you post your return and will receive emails as your order makes it's way back to us. You will receive another email once your refund has been processed.
- We'll do our best to refund your whole order at once but if your return is large, we may need to split this into separate refunds.
My refund has been processed, when will I get the funds?
- Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
- If you refund is going back to your gift card, this will show as soon you get your email to confirm the refund.
- If your order number begins with HS and you returned back to our warehouse, you will need to contact us to arrange your refund. More info here.
I've not collected my Click & Collect parcel
- Your refund will be processed if your order was not collected within 10 days of arriving instore.
- This will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.
- You should get an email to confirm this.
Please keep hold of your proof of returns until your return has been processed and your refund received.
