Our free standard delivery option is applied to your order when you have more than £45 worth of full price and/or promo items in your bag, (excludes sale).
You can have both sale and full price items in your bag but any sale items are not included in the minimum £45 spend.
1. Add item(s) to your bag and go to 'Secure checkout'.
2. Select 'Delivery', and enter your address, you will need to select the option to 'Manually enter address' to do this. ensuring you have the postcode.
3. You will see a single delivery option 'BFPO', select this option.
4. Continue to payment.
Please note:
Orders placed with BFPO delivery are expected to arrive within 10-14 working days.
If you have specific delivery instructions, you can add these to the order using the '+ Add delivery options' box. All BFPO orders will have the appropriate CN22/23 attached for customs clearance.
You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs except VAT levied on your items at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. If your order is £135 or more (including postage) you may be subject to these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.
Our BFPO orders are tracked with Royal Mail. You will receive an email from Royal Mail once they have your order information with details of your tracking as well as updates about your order's whereabouts.
