If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item(s) to any New Look store in the country of purchase. To obtain a refund or exchange you’ll need your receipt and item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase – items must be unworn and in their original condition.
In-store sale items can be exchanged only, within 14 days of receipt, at any New Look store.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Unless, your purchase was made with a paper voucher, then your refund will be credited to a New Look gift card.
If you paid with a One4All card, please ensure that you keep hold of the card in case of a refund. If you have lost your One4All card, please speak to One4All directly. You can register your card with One4All to protect it.
Please note: Online orders cannot be exchanged in store.
The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
