If a kiosk is available, please follow the steps below:
- Before visiting the store, place your items in a sealed bag and include your order number.
- In store, locate the drop‑off point near the till point. It looks like a cabinet with a drawer (see image above).
- Stand by the “Return Your Order” poster and open the “Tap the link” option from your returns email.
- Enter the 4‑digit code shown on the poster into the form on your phone.
- Once you receive the confirmation drop‑off email, place your sealed bag into the drawer.
In‑Store Drop‑Off
If a Self‑Service Returns Kiosk is not available, please place your items in a sealed bag with your order number and go to the till point. A team member will scan your QR code and accept your return.
