How do I Use a Self-Service Returns Kiosk?

Some stores have a Self‑Service Returns Kiosk located near the till point:

If a kiosk is available, please follow the steps below:

1. Before visiting the store, place your items in a sealed bag and include your order number.
2. In store, locate the drop‑off point near the till point. It looks like a cabinet with a drawer (see image above).
3. Stand by the “Return Your Order” poster and open the “Tap the link” option from your returns email.
4. Enter the 4‑digit code shown on the poster into the form on your phone.
5. Once you receive the confirmation drop‑off email, place your sealed bag into the drawer.

In‑Store Drop‑Off

If a Self‑Service Returns Kiosk is not available, please place your items in a sealed bag with your order number and go to the till point. A team member will scan your QR code and accept your return.
