We're really sorry if you've received an email stating that an item you ordered is no longer in stock.
Stock can move really quickly through our website and warehouse, so occasionally you can have an item in your bag that won't be available for picking when your order is being processed.
Unfortunately with our standard delivery orders, we may not know that stock isn't available until your order is being packed a couple of days after your order has been placed.
We appreciate this can be frustrating but you can check stock in your local store, see the how to guide here.
We aim to restock regularly, so your item may be back in stock soon! You can add the item to your saved items to get a notification if it restocks.
Have I been charged?
If you paid with PayPal or Gift Card:
The order system will automatically refund you for a cancelled item as you have been charged already.
If you have paid by debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna:
We will only charge you for the items left in your order. Although you may have a pending charge for the original order price, any pending funds will drop back into your available balance.
If your order was placed in store (order numbers starting HS):
You will need to contact our Customer Care team or pop into Store to arrange a refund.
