Yes, you will need a separate returns label for each parcel you return. Where possible, we recommend returning items in one parcel (please return separate orders separately). You can only use each returns label/QR code once.
To return items in more than one bag, create one return label at a time.
For each label, only select the items you’ll be putting in that specific bag. Once you’ve created your first label, go back and select the remaining items to create the next one.
It’s okay to swap items between bags if you need to, just attach the correct label to each one.
