With most of our stores affected by temporary lockdowns, we would ask that you hold onto the item and receipt until stores have re-opened, to return/exchange once lockdown is over.
If you purchased your item online: |
You can return faulty items purchased online after 15th October 2020 to us using our free returns options.
Don’t forget to put the reason for return on your returns slip and keep your proof of return postage. You can find those return options here.
For items purchased online before 15th October 2020, please contact one of our friendly Customer Care Teams, including pictures of the fault, your proof of purchase and your email address.
