If you change your delivery address in 'My Account' after you've made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order. We are also unable to change the delivery type (standard, next day, collection, etc) once an order has been placed.
We advise that you regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.

Did you place your order with our Royal Mail Standard/Express delivery option?
If you selected Royal Mail Standard/Express delivery for your order, unfortunately it is not possible for us to amend the delivery address for you.
When the order has arrived you can return it for a full refund (including your postage costs if returned within 14 days) for free using our returns options listed here.
Orders placed to an incorrect address will be returned to the warehouse for a full refund (including postage costs) if the recipient refuses the parcel.
Did you place your order with our Next Day DPD option?
If you selected our next Day DPD option, you may be able to change the information in your order tracking to a pick-up shop location instead. This will become available once your order has been dispatched.
If you have placed an order to an incorrect address where you are unable to receive it, you will need you to contact one of our friendly Customer Care Team, who may be able to stop this delivery.
