Unfortunately not. If you change your delivery address in 'My Account' after you've made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order. We are also unable to change the delivery type (standard, next day, collection, etc) once an order has been placed.
We advise that you regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.

Did you place your order with our Standard delivery option?
If you selected Standard delivery for your order, unfortunately it is not possible for us to amend the delivery address for you. You may also be able to update your delivery options via the tracking link on your dispatch email, which may allow may allow you to make some changes. If you have the Evri app, you can set preferences for safe places and neighbours.
Please note, any changes will be subject to postcodes within the delivery catchment area of the original delivery address and are subject to where your order is on it's journey to you.
When the order has arrived you can return it for a full refund (including your postage costs if returned within 14 days) using our returns options listed here.
Orders placed to an incorrect address will be returned to the warehouse for a full refund (including postage costs) if the recipient refuses the parcel.
Did you place your order with our Next Day option?
If you selected Next Day delivery for your order, unfortunately it is not possible for us to amend the delivery address for you. You may also be able to update your delivery options via the tracking link on your dispatch email, which may allow you to make some changes. Please note, any changes will be subject to postcodes within the delivery catchment area of the original delivery address.
