Yes you can! Please ensure you have a valid receipt, gift receipt or order number for your item/s.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns (for a refund or exchange) without a valid receipt or order number. We no longer send dispatch notes, read more about this here.
Our usual 28 day returns policy still applies (For sale items: you have 14 days from when you receive your items, to notify us about your return. You then have another 14 days to return the items to us), see our full returns policy here.
For an unwanted gift card purchase:
- For a digital/physical New Look gift card purchased online, the only way to receive a refund is for the purchaser to call 0371 6642390 (lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12:30pm). Otherwise, email newlook@voucherexpress.net. Please make sure you have the order number. This contact information is for online gift card purchases only.
