Yes you can! Please ensure you have a valid receipt, gift receipt or order number for your item/s.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns, for a refund or exchange, without a valid receipt or order number (we no longer send dispatch notes, read more about this here).
Our usual 28 day returns policy still applies (14 days for sale items), see our full returns policy can be found here.
For an unwanted gift card:
- For a physical New Look gift card purchased in store, the only way to receive a refund is for the original purchaser to return this with their valid receipt and the original payment method to a New Look store.
- For a digital/physical New Look gift card purchased online, the only way to receive a refund is for the purchaser to call 0371 6642390 (lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12:30pm). Otherwise, email newlook@voucherexpress.net. Please make sure you have the order number.
