Generate a QR code and package your item(s) in the original bag or a suitable alternative bag. |

Present your QR code to a member of staff in store to scan, so that your item(s) can be sent back. |

Your return will be processed within 14 calendar days after dropping your return off in store. You will be informed about the status of your refund via email. |
Once processed, please allow 3–5 working days for your refund to show on your original payment method.
Please note: If your order was placed in store or if you are returning to one of the Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Island stores, you do not need a QR code and your refund will be processed through the till.

Returning Online Sale items
Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have another 14 days to return the items to us.
Please note: In-store sale items can be exchanged only, within 14 days of receipt, at any New Look store.
