The fastest way to receive a refund is to create your returns QR code and drop off your return in store.
So that your refund can be processed correctly, please ensure your order number (beginning with HM or HY) is visible on your return.

Generate a QR code and package your item(s) in the original bag or a suitable alternative bag. We no longer include returns notes, so if you're not using any of the original packaging please ensure you're including a clear note with your order number in the parcel. |

Present your QR code to a member of staff in store to scan, so that your item(s) can be sent back. |

Your return will be processed within 8 working days after dropping your return off in store. You will be informed about the status of your refund via email. |
Please allow 3-5 working days from when your return has been processed for your refund to show in your account, depending on your bank.
Please note: If your order was placed in store or if you are returning to one of the Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Island stores, you do not need a QR code as your refund will be processed through the till.
