Generate a QR code and package your item(s) in the original bag or a suitable alternative bag. We no longer include returns notes, so if you're not using any of the original packaging please ensure you're including the returns slip or a note with your order number clearly written in the parcel. |

Present your QR code to a member of staff in store to scan, so that your item(s) can be sent back. |

Your return will be processed within 8 working days after dropping your return off in store. You will be informed about the status of your refund via email. |
Please allow 3-5 working days from when your return has been processed for your refund to show in your account, depending on your bank.
Please note: If your order was placed in store or if you are returning to one of the Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Island stores, you do not need a QR code as your refund will be processed through the till.
