Our returns policy has changed whilst our stores are temporarily closed under our Christmas/Lockdown Returns Policy:For online purchases:Any online purchases made after the 15th October 2020 until the 22nd February 2021 may be returned until 31st March 2021, with a valid receipt/gift receipt or order number/dispatch note. This policy applies to all items purchased, whether full-priced, promotion or sale. For in-store purchases:Any in-store purchases made after the 15th October 2020 may be returned to your local store within 14 days of re-opening, with a valid receipt/gift receipt. Returning a parcel to our warehouse? Please allow up to 15 working days for your refund, from the date you send your parcel back to us. There is no need to contact us. You'll receive an email when it has been processed.
